1. Overview
At Exceeders, we deliver vetted offshore tech talent with transparency and dedication. Because of the nature of our service where time, resources, and compliance measures have already been allocated once a client confirms we do not offer refunds once a plan is activated. However, we do support managed transitions as outlined below.
2. Why We Don’t Provide Refunds
- We begin sourcing, contracts, and integration immediately upon engagement.
- We’re committed to fully covering HR, payroll, compliance, and onboarding even before work begins.
- These investments cannot be refunded once underway.
3. Flexible Exit Terms
- Impact Talent Plan: Requires 4‑weeks’ notice. After notice, billing stops—but replacements or transitions are still supported.
- All Other Plans: Month-to-month flexibility with one-month notice to adjust or stop service.
- No penalties, no hidden charges just clarity.
4. Team Replacement & Role Changes
If the hired professional isn’t a good fit:
- You’re entitled to a free replacement within the first 14 days of the assignment.
- After that period, replacements can be made subject to a 15‑day notice, and billing is prorated.
5. Custom & Project-Based Engagements
For bespoke project or specialist-based arrangements:
- We provide custom quotes and set clear deliverables.
- If circumstances change, we work with you transparently to pause, adjust, or re-scope the engagement with mutual agreement.
6. How to Request Changes or Replacements
Simply reach out to your Account Lead or email us at team@weareexceeders.com.au with details and timing. We’ll reply within one business day with an action plan.
