Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Advertising Specialist with proven expertise in lead generation. This role is central to driving Exceeders’ client acquisition strategy by creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns that deliver qualified leads.

You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to design campaigns that target decision-makers (Agency Directors, CTOs, COOs, Operations Managers) in Australia, USA, UK, and Canada promoting Exceeders’ offshore staffing and team extension solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, YouTube) focused on B2B lead generation.
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle: planning, audience targeting, ad creation, budget management, tracking, and optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and deliver weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across ads.
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets.
  • Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, B2B social ad trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure quality leads are nurtured and tracked effectively in the CRM.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads (for retargeting), and related tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results—especially high-quality lead volume within target CPLs.
  • Experience in audience segmentation targeting decision-makers in tech, digital agencies, and enterprise sectors.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and understanding of Exceeders’ global audience (Australia, US, UK, Canada).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B SaaS, IT services, or talent acquisition/HR solutions marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Understanding of offshore staffing, talent sourcing, or IT outsourcing industries.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
